References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for navigational convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. If you attempt to open a second Account — whether using a different name, email address, mobile number, device, or payment method — all Accounts associated with you will be suspended, all balances will be voided, and you will be permanently banned from the Platform.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. okbajee vip will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4.3 Account Accuracy

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Conditions

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbajee vip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, game errors, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

In circumstances where okbajee vip is found to be liable notwithstanding the above exclusions, the total aggregate liability of okbajee vip to you for all claims arising in connection with your Account shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Voluntary Closure

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the Account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the Account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. okbajee vip will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder via the registered email address prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) will be deducted from dormant Account balances commencing from the 13th month of inactivity. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy fee deduction will be closed automatically.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which okbajee vip is incorporated and operates, to the extent permitted by applicable law in the territory where the Player is located.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of your use of the Platform, you must follow the steps below in order:

Where any clause of this section conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable to you, the mandatory legislative provision shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

The following general provisions apply to these Terms & Conditions and your entire relationship with the okbajee vip Platform:

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

• Force Majeure: okbajee vip shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where that delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, cyberattacks, or widespread telecommunications failures.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and okbajee vip with respect to your use of the Platform.
• Language: The authoritative version of these Terms & Conditions is the English-language version published on this page. In the event of any perceived inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation in any other language, the English version prevails.
